Tactical Embarrassment EIU,
ŪTMark, and Fiambera
join forces To present without being present. In this experiment / presentation at the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) a new tele-embodiment tool was used. Using two way audio and video as well as a special "tele-propaganda" ejection chamber, it allowed for two hours of talking and interaction. A computer generated face developed by ŪTMark was transmited to the system, allowing for the expression and projecting of various desirable emotions during the presentation. A camera captured and tracked individuals in the audience for offline storage and record keeping as well as public projection onto a large screen in the room. It was also used for singing and members of Fiambera played guitar to the system. At the proper moment it spewed forth specially created propaganda flyers into the audience.
